Run this after uploading a new version of the system. It is safe to run more than once.
Click this once, every time you upload new files. It clears the compiled-page cache and PHP's own code cache so your latest files are actually used. This is a manual, deliberate action only โ the system never does this automatically on its own, since doing so repeatedly in the background is what causes a page to look broken or duplicated.
You can already click "Send reminders now" under Notifications any time. To have this happen automatically every day, add ONE line to your hosting account's Cron Jobs (in cPanel: Advanced > Cron Jobs), running once a day, e.g. at 08:00:
* * * * * php {{ $cronPath }}/artisan schedule:run >> /dev/null 2>&1
This one line lets Laravel handle its own daily timing internally, so it's safe to set it to run every minute โ it does nothing most of the time and only actually sends reminders once a day at 08:00. If your host's cron UI asks for a PHP path instead of just php, use the path shown next to "PHP version" below, or ask your host for it.
Version on this server: {{ $build }}. Each row reads the actual file on your server. A โ means that file is still an older version โ re-upload it (or the whole zip) and click Clear cache.

Downloads one zip containing a complete copy of your database and every uploaded file (documents, logos, receipts). Use this before any update, to keep an off-site copy, or to bring a fresh copy of your live data into a local test install.
โฌ Download full backupThis file contains real business data, including documents and financial records — store it somewhere private. It does not restore itself: to load it into a database, open phpMyAdmin on the target install, go to Import, and choose the database.sql file inside it; then copy the storage-app folder from the zip into that install's storage/app folder. Full instructions are also included as a README inside the zip. On a larger install this can take a little while to prepare — let it finish rather than refreshing the page.
